We offer this scheme for those clients who need to evaluate their property / properties periodically. We have discounted rates for them. The rates for valuation will not change with time in this scheme. The frequency of evaluation is our clients choice. You choose the frequency ranging from every month to every 15 months. For special cases, the frequency can be up to 2 years. We have chosen this frequency range from experience. Most of our clients are under this scheme. The average interval between 2 valuations for the same property (from our statistics) is 11 months. We are always happy to do business with you. Our Fees Our fees are mainly based on complexity and location of the property. If you would like a quote you can call or E-mail us with some general information about the property and how you would like us to respond, i.e., fax, E-mail or telephone.
